Life imitating Art / La vie imite l'art

Usually, an artist tries to capture life in it's pure emotion. Masterpieces are created to give the viewer a full experience of the moment. It's why we love gazing at certain works of art or why some songs take us to another world.

Sometimes however, life imitates art.  It's no wonder then, when little Charlotte stretched out to touch our kitty Clouseau, it immediately reminded us of Michaelangelo's iconic Sistine Chapel ceiling fresco.
I'm not implying at all that Charlotte holds any transcendental powers, but in some ways... she is divine.

En general, un artiste essaye de capturer la vie dans ses pures emotions. Les chef-d'oeuvres sont crees pour donner a l'admirateur la pleine experience du moment. C'est pourquoi l'on aime se perdre devant certaines oeuvres d'art ou en ecoutant certaines chansons.
Parfois cependant, la vie imite l'art. Ce n'est donc pas surprenant que quand notre petite Charlotte s'etira pour toucher Clouseau notre chat, nous nous rappelames immediatement la fresque iconique de Michael Ange, la Chappelle Sixtine.
Nous ne suggerons pas que Charlotte a des pouvoirs trancendants, mais d'une certaine facon, elle est... divine.
